In 2024, WONDERHOODS k.k. opened an office in Yakumo, Meguro-ku, Tokyo (Toritsudaigaku)
Happy New Year! We are WONDERHOODS K.K.
In 2024, WONDERHOODS will celebrate the 5th year since the launch of our business and the 3rd year since the establishment of our corporation. To mark this milestone, we have opened our first onsite office in Yakumo (Toritsudaigaku), Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
We have been working remotely and through shared office space, but with the opening of the Yakumo office, we believe we will be able to communicate more closely with our members and clients.
The Yakumo office is an 8-minute walk from Toritsudaigaku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. It is located in a quiet residential area between Meguro and Yakumo streets.
This is an uncommon location for a PR and marketing agency, as it often locates its offices in the heart of the city, but we decided on this location based on the retro appearance of the building, the ambiance of the space, and above all, the refreshing atmosphere of Yakumo.
The neighborhood is home to Kakinokizaka, Jiyugaoka, and the Yakumo Hikawa Shrine, which is the tutelary god of Ookayama. The shopping street contains cafes, restaurants, izakaya (Japanese-style pubs), and charming shops. The previous tenant of the Yakumo office was “TOKYO DANCE, an antique shop known to those in the know. Currently, the gallery “4thefuture” is located on the same first floor as us, where you can experience unique furniture and art objects.
(As the first object to be displayed in the Yakumo office, we have purchased a collage work from the “TOKYOFLADANCE” “600” exhibition, a joint project by Mr. Doi of TOKYO DANCE. and collage artist Maki of FLANGER.
In addition, R.E.A.D., a first-class architectural firm also featured in the media, is located next door to us.
WONDERHOODS is blessed to have such inspiring neighbors.
With Yakumo as a starting point, WONDERHOODS will aim to become an even more trustworthy team for our clients. Simultaneously, we take a step forward into a year that will lead to the creation of new cultures and services.

Kotaro: Hello Yakumo residents, I have been a regular user of the Tokyu Toyoko Line since my return to Japan from the United States and I am excited to be able to open an office here. Please feel free to drop by. I look forward to meeting you all.
Mio: I am thrilled to have finally found a place where we are eager to set our bases. We will strive to be a part of the wonderful culture of this area. We look forward to working with you. Shopping street route (12-minute walk)
- Turn left at the north exit of Toritsudaigaku Station, cross Meguro Street, and go straight toward Kakinokizaka.
- Turn left at Lawson, turn left on the shopping street, and turn left again in front of Yakumo Hikawa Shrine.
- Turn right in front of Life Studio and go straight ahead.
Meguro Street Route (10-minute walk)
- Turn left at the north exit of Toritsudaigaku Station, turn left at the Pachinko parlor in front of the station, and turn right at the green road immediately ahead.
- After crossing Meguro Street, turn left at Mos Burger and turn right at the next Inageya.
- Turn left at the vending machine just in front of you and proceed straight.
